I had joined the TPS Method for 3 months as a complete weightlifting newbie and learned so much. The coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. They even gave me alternative workout when my knees hurts, allowing me to slowly building up strength and confidence. It seems intimidating at the beginning, but it was all in my head. Everyone is friendly and helpful!
