At first I was intimidated

I had joined the TPS Method for 3 months as a complete weightlifting newbie and learned so much. The coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. They even gave me alternative workout when my knees hurts, allowing me to slowly building up strength and confidence. It seems intimidating at the beginning, but it was all in my head. No—this is designed for people getting back into consistent training. We specialize in getting everyone from complete beginners to seasoned lifters back to training.

Can I try have a free trial?

Training at TPS is commitment to a process. We do not not offer casual access to these programs.

How is this different from classes?

This is structured coaching with progression—not random workouts. You will be part of a progress driven program with like minded people, keeping motivation high.
