By accessing this website or participating in any TPS Method Tactical class or purchasing any product, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
TPS Method Tactical offers firearms training, products and tactical instruction in accordance with local, state, and federal law.
2. Eligibility
Participants must:
Be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent)
Be legally eligible to own or use firearms
Not be the subject of any protective order
Not be under the influence of any illegal drugs or alcohol
Follow safety rules and instructor directions at all times
3. Bookings & Payments
Full payment is required to reserve your spot.
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a refund.
No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
No refunds given for any reason.
Classes and lessons are transferrable, not refundable.
Any student showing up 15 minutes after the start of a class will not be allowed to participate and forfeits their tuition.
4. Liability Waiver
You acknowledge the risks involved in firearms training and agree to:
● Assume full responsibility for your actions and safety
● Release TPS Method Tactical, its instructors, and affiliates from all liability for injury, loss, or damage pr death
● A signed waiver is be required before participating.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants must:
● Adhere to strict safety protocols
● Refrain from attending under the influence of drugs or alcohol
● Treat instructors and fellow students respectfully
● Violations may result in immediate removal with no refund.
6. Intellectual Property
Training materials provided by TPS Method Tactical may not be reproduced, sold, or redistributed without written permission.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to deny or terminate services to anyone who fails to comply with these terms.

Training does not guarantee legal certification or imply legal advice or self-defense outcomes. You are responsible for understanding local firearm laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts (if applicable), or the jurisdiction in which training is conducted.
